Rosemarie Young graduated from the University of New Haven with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1994. She then went on to Quinnipiac University School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor Degree in 2001.
In continuing her education, Attorney Young received a Master of Science in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Industrial Organizational Psychology in August of 2017. She continues her education through national conferences and forums, in order to stay up to date on current legal issues.
After being admitted to the bar in Connecticut in 2001, Attorney Young went to work for Deloitte & Touche, LLP where she handled Corporate, Partnership, and Individual tax structures. She gained extensive knowledge of the legal complexities surrounding estate planning, tax shelters, and the management of real estate. Attorney Young left Deloitte and Touche, LLP to open her own law practice in Bridgeport, CT, where she practiced for more than 10 years. Her practice was a general practice which offered a wide a range of services while concentrating in the areas of real estate, estate planning, and business law.
In 2012, Rosemarie Young was admitted to the bar in Iowa and joined the Roller Law Office in Bettendorf, Iowa where she concentrated on the rapidly expanding area of Elder Law focusing on Estate Planning, Nursing Home Planning, and Asset Protection to avoid the unnecessary loss of family assets such as your lifetime savings, the family home, or business, for nursing home care, and the use of Revocable Living Trusts to avoid probate costs and minimize Estate taxes.
Attorney Young returned to her home state of Connecticut in 2014 and became a partner at the Crespo Law Firm (2014-2022) where she focused her practice on residential and commercial real estate along with estate planning. Today, Attorney Young specializes in real estate law services with BBB Attorneys and can help you with your next closing, whether you're buying or selling residential or commercial property.
Rosemarie Young was born in Queens, New York and moved to Fairfield County, Connecticut as a young child where she grew up. Despite the heavy demands of her progressing career, she has always kept volunteering as a priority. She has served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Connecticut and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of NAHREP. She also volunteers her time to work with Veterans and their particular needs and issues.

Legal Experience
Attorney Young was admitted to the bar in Connecticut in 2001. She began to work for Deloitte & Touche, LLP. She left Deloitte & Touche, LLP to open her own law practice where she practiced general law for more than 10 years. In 2012, Rosemarie Young was admitted to the bar in Iowa and joined the team at Roller Law Office in Bettendorf, Iowa. After two years, she returned to Connecticut in 2014 and became partner at the Crespo Law Firm where she worked until 2022.
